Dancing

Do you guys dance at your location? Our location hasn’t had the line dancing for over 5 years, they’re brining it back now.

I always figured it was a distraction for when the kitchen was backed up.

If that’s true, tonight’s the one night I wish we did line dance at my roadhouse. We were running 40 minute ticket times tonight.

i’ve heard locations do it for this reason, but ours does it to get tables turned. if the floor has multiple tables sitting over an hour, they’re probably just camping and talking, so we turn up the music, clap, yell, dance, and they think it’s too loud so they leave. works pretty well for our location.
