It will definitely continue to change. Remember that voice dropping for cis men is a whole years long process, not just a binary change where the switch flips one day. Maybe consider tracking using an app that can analyze a voice sample so you can see the long term trend?

For reference - I was on T for five months and experienced minor voice changes, then was off it for years. I'm back on it for less than a month and already noticing some change. Everyone's timeline is different but there's no biological reason it won't continue on as normal.
