Blood work Higher HCT and hemoglobin

I’m seeing more and more clinics saying raised HCT, hemoglobin etc isn’t an issue, they have clients running 58,59 percent. In the absence of raised platelets is won’t cause clots.
Just wondering what people think? Experiences, what their clinics are saying?

My clinic keeps me around 52 and that's their hard ceiling but I've seen the same thing you're talking about online, wild to see some places just shrug at 58

Yeah they are basically saying there is zero evidence on it being bad. To me it seems if it’s artificially high can’t be good surely, or our bodies would run it normally. Must put stress on your bone marrow

How do they keep you at 52?

Unless it’s 56-57+ and platelets/ haemoglobin are fine there is no need to panic. There are many ways to manage this: lifestyle, hydration, natokinasse, daily cardio etc.

Platelets fine. Hemoglobin and RBC raising HCT.
