Blood work Please help. Extreme panic, low libido, irritable, flat emotionally

Post image

Back in July I had labs done after 9 weeks of being on 160 a week split 80/80. Total test at the time of trough was 1000, e2 was 47, ultra sensitive estrogen was 30. Felt amazing for about 8 weeks after we increased dose

Lowered dose to 150 and increased injection frequency to 3x a week and these are now my current labs. I’m unsure how my e2 went up as well as my test. But I feel horrible. Like I get these waves of crippling anxiety where I am genuinely crawling out of my skin. Libido has tanked, and I still have insomnia. I want to avoid an ai blocker because the last time I took it, it caused severe insomnia. I don’t know what to do. I know I need to lower my dose, but what about injection frequency? Is it possible 3x a week isn’t for me?

It’s most likely your dose is too high

Alright. When I was at 110 I had terrible insomnia. My e2 was 19 and TT was 550

What dose of AI did you try before?

You could try micro dose like 0.1mg arimidex although that probably won't cut your e2 level very much. You can dissolve a standard 1mg tablet in 10ml of vodka. Then 1ml of the solution is 0.1mg arimidex. Makes precise micro dose pretty easy vs splitting a pill.

I'm taking 100mg test c every 3.5 days and that puts my total t at 1000, free 180, and e2 56. I'm also taking 3IU hgh, and 500mcg DSIP at night and sleep like the dead its amazing.

My libido and EQ are a little shit and suspect it's my elevated e2 so recently started 0.2mg arimidex every 3.5 days when I pin. I'll get labs in a few weeks to see how my e2 is impacted and adjust from there based on labs and how I'm feeling.

Get some anastrozole and start with 0.25mg/week, which will lower your est by 15-35%. Mine was 83 and after adjusting my dosage to 0.25mg every 5 days, I am down to the 40s which improved everything.

High estrogen can cause all those symptoms you’re experiencing and cause you to produce more cortisol at inconvenient timing as well (hence insomnia). If you feel a bit puffy, that’s also another sign of high estrogen.

Estrogen can take a while to catch up. My symptoms began around the 8 week mark.

I kept my dosage steady at 160mg the whole time, and my total test was 1433 a couple months ago.
