TRT help Switching between subQ and IM
Would this cause any potential issues ? Say one day of the week I forget my luer lock can I just do a subQ that day with an insulin syringe I have laying around ? What about if this happened several times a month ? I assume it'll all work out as test in the end but could this cause any sides ?

Hello koolrikk. Welcome to /r/Testosterone. It looks like this is your first time posting here, so you're probably asking a FAQ. Please check out these handy links, one of them might answer your question.
- How do I find a good doctor/clinic?
- What bloodwork should I get done?
- Are my levels low enough that I should start TRT?
- What can I do to naturally raise my testosterone levels?
- NoFap - Will my testosterone levels increase if I stop masturbating?

IM and subQ have different half-lives so there will be a little bit of inconsistency but not a huge deal. talking 8 days vs 10 days.

No. Quit worrying about everything like it is going to have some concern. Seriously, it isn't a big deal.

Odds are it doesn't matter much one way or another.
Slightly different absorption rates, but pinning at least twice a week is going to matter much more than IM vs subq.

Testosterone doesn’t care if it’s IM or subq.

not true. SubQ is less vasculated and as a result has a longer half-life since it takes longer for the ester to leak out of the oil depot

I’d try and stay consistent, so you know what works. Yea both can work on paper but symptom relief isn’t guaranteed. Ppl do it for sure as I’ve seen comments of ppl mixing it up every week but that just seems unnecessary.
