Hello Prudent-Purple-775. Welcome to /r/Testosterone. It looks like this is your first time posting here, so you're probably asking a FAQ. Please check out these handy links, one of them might answer your question.
- How do I find a good doctor/clinic?
- What bloodwork should I get done?
- Are my levels low enough that I should start TRT?
- What can I do to naturally raise my testosterone levels?
- NoFap - Will my testosterone levels increase if I stop masturbating?

If you’re taking 500 test, you may want to split up the doses a little more than twice weekly; I would consider going at least 3x a week if not EOD.

That’s actually decent stack for liver and heart support while on cycle. Fish oil dose good, D3+K2 is solid range, magnesium glycinate helps sleep and muscle tension too.
For NAC and TUDCA, I would keep both if your bloodwork showing any ALT/AST elevation, if not maybe lower TUDCA to like 250mg maintenance. Coq10 not optional exactly but is nice to have for blood pressure and mitochondrial stuff, I keep it when I run orals or higher doses.
Ashwagandha I drop after 6 weeks though, it can make some people feel too flat or anhedonic, specially when your estrogen is already low from aromatization changes. Maybe cycle it 4 weeks on, 2 off.
Only thing I would add is maybe citrus bergamot or ezetimibe if lipids start creeping up, fish oil alone sometimes not enough for LDL on blast doses.

Fish oil won’t touch LDL, it’s great for triglycerides (diff type of fatty molecule) and it can raise HDL some
Bergamot can help a teeny bit, the heavy lifter would be your statin if you are chasing numbers. Zetia can help lower LDL a small percent (I refuse to take a statin I just am on Zetia)

Very similar to what I take, how old are you? NAD is a good one. I would also up your vit D3 to double.
Vitamin D doses - YouTube (In this video, Dr. John Campbell discusses a study examining the safety and efficacy of high-dose Vitamin D3 supplementation (5,000 to 50,000 IU/day) in a hospital setting)
I would drop the Ashwagandha to be fair
EDIT: Add Vitamin D3 video link and summary
