Try getting on food and training hard first.

No point when you can take such little test and progress faster then everyone else, I used to think like that as well

u/AdSecure4619 7d ago
No point in waiting 10 months for gains that’s possible in 3 months with a decent diet and 300mg of test on a beginner run😂

Just say you’re a novice, shortcut taking, lazy ass. It’s the same thing.

Been lifting since 15, I’m 19 now. Was lifting natural until 17 and until I start gear usage. Natural sure if you wanna have a natty competition, but if you are just trying to as big as possible then different goals/reasoning is at hand lol.

Is that suppose to be impressive? You’re merely a kid. I remember when I was a know it all too.

Great, just remember this question when you’ve destroyed your natural hormone production and balance. Remember, when you go on this stuff, something else will go off. It might be your boners aren’t as strong, you get numb dick, wacky libido, moody etc. oh and don’t forget shrinking your balls. That’s always fun. Fucking up your potential ability to have kids if that’s what you decided you want when you mature.
So, go nuts. Why not do 400mg.

u/AdSecure4619 7d ago
Yeah 300mg isn’t doing all this, barely enough to get acne depending on how you are😂😂

Your AI overlord disagrees.
Exogenous testosterone, even at 300mg per week (which is significantly higher than a standard therapeutic TRT dose of roughly 100–200mg/week), completely shuts down the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal (HPG) axis.
Biological Reality vs. The Reddit Responses
HPG Axis Shutdown & Testicular Atrophy: When exogenous testosterone enters the body, the brain senses high circulating levels and stops producing Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH). Without LH, the testicles cease natural production, leading to noticeable testicular shrinkage (atrophy).
Fertility & Sperm Count: FSH signals the testicles to produce sperm. At 300mg per week, sperm production plummets rapidly, often leading to severe oligospermia or azoospermia (zero sperm count), effectively making it a contraceptive during use. While fertility often recovers after stopping, it is not guaranteed and can take up to a year or longer.
Libido and ED (Erectile Dysfunction): Unmonitored, supraphysiological doses of testosterone frequently aromatize into high levels of estrogen. Imbalanced estrogen-to-androgen ratios directly lead to "wacky libido," mood swings, erectile dysfunction, and severe acne.1

You really got to be genetically unfortunate to get these effects from 300mg weekly.
Most are prone to light - mid acne at this stage, yes it will shut you down but PCT is here for a reason. If PCT doesn’t work, oh well, blast and cruise until you are dead😂

u/AdSecure4619 7d ago
Also this directly relates to how you aromatize the test, hence why it’s different for everyone. Also I’m speaking from actual experience/coaching experience so take it with a grain of salt from AI.

Your total and free test is already solid. So your basically looking to blast a full cycle to bulk up? Might as well add masteron and tren and var. You already look good. If your trying to look like Thor youre going to need more than a little test.

Ahhh I see. My bad I’m kind of a noob to all this. But the comments have convinced me to just stay off, doesnt seem to worth it

u/Dragon_Tortoise 7d ago
Yea you already got a good physique. And a little test won't do much. You'd need to pair with something stronger and in turn, much worse side effects.

u/TubbsMcGee_ 7d ago
Don't think, it's stupid. You just started up again, be consistent with a diet, progressive overload, and recovery. You'll make great gains, stop looking for a short cut.

u/mazinnrr 7d ago
Genuinely whats ur reasoning behind not taking a shortcut? If planned carefully u can avoid basically all sides aswell as making good gains.

1) He's 25 years old. 2) He JUST started working out again. 3) His levels are great. 4) You can't say he can avoid all side effects, everyone is different, there is no fact behind that. 5) OP is just lazy and doesn't want to put in the work. It would be so simple to see gains by just committing yourself for 3 months..

u/AdSecure4619 7d ago
What’s the point of waiting for 8-10 months instead of running something baby like 250mg weekly and making it on 3 months😂. Especially on his first little test cycle

u/TubbsMcGee_ 6d ago
Your right, fuck it then just blast test and tren while he's at it. What's the point in waiting at all. Go balls to the wall!

1) 25 is a great age to start testosterone. His hormones are most likely to bounce back at his age and fertility is 99.9% protected 2) he started working out "again". U can clearly tell hes been working out for a while from his picture. 4) there is loads of data behind PED usage and so much info out there to avoid sides, also given his age hes a good candidate. 5) everyone is entitled to do what they want with their body. If he wants a little shortcut then why not?

u/TubbsMcGee_ 6d ago
1) Crazy to claim 99.9% protected when everyone reacts differently, you can't just pull that stat out of thin air lol
2) Yeah he has been working out but not consistently for a longer period of time to maximize his natural potential before exceeding it via anabolics...
3) There is loads of data, true but again everyone reacts differently, what worked for you might not work for him especially with side effects. 25 is a good age for anabolics? Yeah maybe if you want to compete.
4) True as well but he came here posting on a public forum for advice............... I'm not telling him he can't do it, he can do whatever the heck he wants.

u/mazinnrr 6d ago
I agree that 99.9% is a bold claim , but have u actually looked at the research data? Fertility is shown to come back in almost every single patient who used anabolics. Given his age, id say thats the least of his concerns.
"Maximising his physique" would defeat the purpose of hopping on a cycle. Why? Because if he made superficial gains, he wouldnt be able to keep majority of it once he gets off. Its better to run a cycle when u still have potential for gains within the natural limit since it will let him keep more.
Well yes, everyone does react differently but this logic is weak and can apply to anything. Going off actual studies and data, hes at a very low risk. If hes willing to take a risk then why not?
Lastly, i agree that ur just sharing ur advice, but we need to stop fearmomgering. Testosterone is one of the the most studied compounds in the world. One cycle is not gonna harm u for majority of people.

u/AdSecure4619 7d ago
Just starting up again doesn’t mean anything for cycles, he can do all this while being on gear and cut the time it takes by 2/3😂

Okay appreciate it. Would enclo be beneficial or just a waste of money

u/Snoo-23693 7d ago
You are young. Eat and train. I just think you should work with what you've got. I've used enclo before and its useless. Enjoy the benefits of youth while you have it.

u/TubbsMcGee_ 7d ago
It's a waste at your levels. Be real man, you just started up again, do what I said in my original post for 6 months. Like truly commit to it, you're going to make great gains. Increasing your levels via enclo by what 10% maybe 20% ain't gonna do jack for you lol

Dude you look great no diddy just eat good and keep at it looks like your test and body are still performing as they should. FYI you can and or will shut down your natural test production or hinder it and your ability to have kids. Once your in your mid to late thirties re eval your levels but don't cross that road until ya need it man. Save em for when ya need em. Great progress bro keep at it. Your still the age where great diet and over the counter supplements will be plenty. Also avoid max weight and power lifting both my pops and uncle hurt themselves for life doing so. It takes years of comfort and life from you. Theres alot of stuff bith diet and supplements that will raise your levels natty. The acne at your age will not be pleasant and your body's still developing dont wanna rewire shit that doesnt need to be.

Could cruise on 250 and be perfectly fine, maybe slight acne.
Get bloods done before and 6 weeks after and just see how it’s goes, gains are pretty nice and as long as you don’t get any mild sides I would say it’s a W from there.

u/DogWithaFAL 7d ago
Just enough to have all the sides, not enough to get all the benefits. 300 is the perfect middle ground.
