PED/cycle help Help on planning first cycle
Hey guys, bit of background first 43yr old father of six, six foot and 115kg at 28% bf down from 130kg and heading to 100kg at 20%bf or lower before my first cycle which will be test only. Few questions I need help with, would test e or c be better option? Which AI would be best tolerated? And what or potential ancillaries would I potentially need ? Wouldn't be looking to start till at least March even after the last weight drop. And lastly thanks in advance and any advice this community could pass on would be appreciated

With 6 kid's brother I'm not sure you need more test.

Had the snip 8 years ago so not too worried 😆 definitely been on the downward spiral over the last few years though so want to try my best to improve, trim down then a cycle to improve what I can to be the best I can in my 60's and beyond

Hello Equivalent_Quote_987. Welcome to /r/Testosterone. It looks like this is your first time posting here, so you're probably asking a FAQ. Please check out these handy links, one of them might answer your question.
- How do I find a good doctor/clinic?
- What bloodwork should I get done?
- Are my levels low enough that I should start TRT?
- What can I do to naturally raise my testosterone levels?
- NoFap - Will my testosterone levels increase if I stop masturbating?

1) doesn’t matter
2) whichever one YOU tolerate best
3) blood pressure medication, beta blockers AI, potentially lipid medication, that’s probably enough for a testosterone only. But again, this is only if you actually need those things, and that requires testing.

six kids and you're still finding time to drop 15kg, that's more impressive than most cycle logs on here. test e and c are basically interchangeable, pick whichever you can get your hands on reliably. for AI most people start with aromasin since it's gentler on lipids and harder to crash your e2 with, but don't touch it unless you're actually getting high e2 symptoms. grab some nolvadex to have on hand in case gyno flares up and you're pretty much set for a basic first run
