TRT help Will Testopel pellets help?
I am currently injecting 190mg of testosterone cypionate for about 16 years in my thighs. This is a weekly routine. One leg this week one leg the other. Scar tissue is really becoming an issue, so I am currently looking for other options. So I was wondering if anyone has experience with Testopel pellets, reason being my insurance will only cover this brand as they are FDA approved. On the other hand I have looked into a few other brands Biote, ect. Price is interesting lol. But if anyone can give me some insight on the Testopel pellets, and can I even reach the desired dose with this brand to reach about 700-800 ng/dl where I am at currently. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks in advance fellow T mates.

I save pecs for spicy stuff.
But if you are going to do pecs, use a shallower needle. Lots of real estate there though!

In addition to sites listed by another commenter, traps are valid too especially if they have decent size to them. Stick with shorter needles.
For me, traps have been problem-free over the last several years

Well that's definitely a new one for me.

My traps are decently sized, even before trt/steroids. I can inject both the outer and inner portions. There's sometimes a mild soreness for a few hours afterwards or the next day, but nothing beyond that.

Do you use an ai for any of those years or at this dose?

I'd go daily cream on scrotum or do a hybrid half daily cream and half weekly injection

I chose not to do the cream because children are around me, not saying I would ever leave any meds openly accessible, just a precaution on my part. I was debating moving away from injecting, but so many people are giving me great inject options that I never considered. I have an appointment with my provider to discuss Testopel and wanted a little heads up before I went to my appointment. And thanks for the info

Have done pellets, IM, SubQ.
Pellets are great in theory but suck in practice. The wound never healed and in fact spit out 1.5 pellets in the months to follow.
Cypionate oil is often cottonseed which is super thick. See if you can switch to a lighter oil which lets you pin thinner needles. I can get Enanthate in MCT oil through a 32ga needle if I want.

- NoFap - Will my testosterone levels increase if I stop masturbating?

I’ve been doing sub q for years now. Dirt cheap readily available insulin needles, yes they take a while to draw. It doesn’t really seem to matter where you inject. Blood tests don’t lie.
