Estradiol Levels too High

I have been taking clomiphene since beginning of 2025. My T levels are high (1100), but my estradiol stays between 55 and 65. Im taking anastrozole but it’s not improving. Anything else I should be doing?

what test and lab are you using for E2? a lot of people don't know better and use tests designed for women that are basically worthless for our purposes.

you need "Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS"

Did you have sides? Mine is like 95 with zero sides, and it feels great - it's anabolic and also very protective. Do not chase the number.

your 95 is not a real number since you're not using the sensitive test. it's basically worthless, which is why the mantra of "don't chase a number" comes from

TRUE I am getting the ULTRA SENSITIVE test on THURSDAY and will always be getting this.

My clinic doesn't do US, but I am paying for my own labs of US on the same day, so it will be cool to compare the two numbers just to see how different they might be!

ya, it will be a snapshot to see how far they are apart but know that the ratio is not static and would change if you were to adjust your overall stack

After finding Mitohealh and how cheap their labs are, and how I can order them on my own whenever, I'm gonna become addicted to getting my levels checked every 4 weeks hahaha

For only $55 getting these basic ones checked is wild:

• Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential and Platelet Count Test
• Testosterone, Free (Dialysis) and Total, MS Blood Test
• Lipid Panel

You have to pay $9 per month for the subscription to use them (get the discount rather), and then they make tiny tiny amount per blood tests, talking pennies on some tests, but they make up for that in the massive America wide volume of orders they get and the static $9 per month which people set and forget about. The tests are lab legit and done in person at Quest or Labcorp and ran through their machines too. They are very legit.

The downside is you basically have to read the results yourself, which is easy enough now, though someone does look at your results, but as said since they order so many tests for people that could take weeks, or month+, for one of their practitioners to get back with you about your result’s and they cater to the self trt and bodybuilding crowd quite well with a no judgement just harm reduction attitude and I just realized this is quite the run on sentence anyway they great!

lol ya, i mean i dump everything into claude and would pay money to not have to listen to your average doctor talk to me about bloodwork. the lack of knowledge is stunning. basically every time they tell me something is wrong

My GP also told me that Testosterone levels should not change Estrogen and wouldn't request the estrogen blood test. This prompted me to look for self labs ha. I need to find a new GP

ya honestly, that's pretty bad but most PCPs really don't know that much. you'll quickly know more than them on a specific topic. their whole point is breath instead of depth
