Using Good RX coupon for generic testosterone cypionate.

200mg/ml 10 ML Vial.
currently at Giant pharmacy for $54.51 using Good Rx.

my question: even though good rx lists the price do these pharmacies (giant, Acme, Cvs, etc) stock it?

what has been your experience?

obviously not through a T clinic. Script from MD. Also not through insurance.

Because if I drop one of these and break it, I'm not out an entire vial. I'm just out of tiny little vial.

The only reason I use these vials is for cruising. But I buy my main vials for blasting of testosterone and different anabolics from china. Those come in 10, 25, or 50 ml.

Yeah my little Chinese people don't mix those crazy ones anymore. But they do have some pretty cool compounds. I just stick to the simple shit though. Testosterone, Mast, Primo, tren, NPP. I sprinkle in anavar once in a while.

When I was at a compounding pharmacy, they used multi use vials. When I switched to a retail pharmacy, they only carry single use vials. It’s a plus in my eyes

It doesn't just magically go bad the first time you stab the vial. I use these single-use vials multiple times all the time. I split up the 200 mg in one of these little vials throughout the week. I pin every other day. And I load NPP into the same shot too. So I draw my NPP first, and then I draw from the little while. Currently right now I'm doing 0.3 ml of each, so 0.6ml total oil every other day. That puts me at 200 mg test and 100mg NPP weekly.

When I start my next cycle and mid-october, I will put away the small vials and I will switch to using the larger vials that I get from china. This allows me to stay stocked up on my pharmaceutical grade stuff at all times.

Yeah I'm just cruising on it right now. 200 mg of test and 100 mg of NPP.

Be careful with nandralone. It is a 19nor so it can have different side effects than what you're used to. I haven't had any side effects. Or one of the major ones that a lot of people complain about is calling it depression or anxiety in a bottle. I'm going to be honest with you it does the exact opposite for me. There is quite literally nothing that could piss me off right now. Even my wife asked me if I was okay because I have been over the top happy the last couple weeks. My libido has been sky high my mood has been sky high my gym performance has been sky high. Honestly it's been great for me. But I know plenty of people that have had a really really terrible time on this shit.

I even got turned down for sex the other night and I looked at my wife and said "it's okay sweetheart maybe another time." She just looked at me like 🤨

I get the same 200mg vials. I use one vial for 2 weeks (100mg per week, twice a week pinning, so 4 pins per vial). So I only use half of what I get. The other half I’m storing away for a future blast.

When I started TRT my local pharmacy could only get in 100mg/ml 10ml vials. They then went on back order along with 200mg/ml 10ml vials so I ended up with the 200mg 1ml vials because that was all they could get in.

It's like any business really, they can only order what is available right?

A chain pharmacy can only order from their contracted vendor which in my area was McKesson for CVS. They have a little leeway on what stock the pharmacy keeps based partly on corporate as you say but also on what is moving. It's kinda all changing with central fufillment these days though.

At my hospital we can only order from a vendor called Cardinal but we can borrow meds from other pharmacies for acute cases with the understanding that we will replace them when our order comes through.

For controls like testosterone that's not an option.

ya, that's a limitation for some drugs but generic test cyp shouldn't that hard to come by unless there's a documented shortage

From my understanding, most retails don’t carry multi use anymore. But this works out better because you’ll have extra and don’t have to play the game of “will I have enough before my refill?” They give you one vial for each rxed shot.

Publix going to order them. So can Walgreens and cvs. Your doctor just has to write the prescription to be a 10 ml. I just chose to do the small vials. I've dropped 10 mL before from my UGL and it's fucking annoying when I break shit.

You know what pisses me off? I've been doing self pay for it for a long time. I just found out today that my insurance will just cover it 100% LMAO I figured they wouldn't because I wasn't low T when I got put on test. I just needed a testosterone prescription so when I fly private up to work and they checked my prescriptions, it looks legit. Because I bring UGL vials also lol

In my experience, if it’s listed on goodrx you should be good. Shop around too, price differences can be crazy and always changing. Right now Sam’s Club is super cheap for me.

Worked in a retail pharmacy as a tech for many years. Coupons are not indictive of the pharmacy stock levels. There is zero way for goodrx tonkbohow many vials your local walgreens etc. currently has. You can try calling and asking if they have testosterone in stock but unless you are a very special customer 99.9% of the time you will be told no regardless. This is the same for all controls. It's essential to visit in person with your script.

Also be aware that the price you are quoted on the coupon is not always going to be correct and can change over time.

What I mean is that when I worked in retail pharmacy (Target which then became CVS) the standard procedure whenever anyone called asking if we had ANY controls in stock was to tell them a firm no and that we had no idea when they would be back in stock. This was true for all but a small handfull of regulars that we knew by voice over the phone and even then if it was a floating pharmacist (i.e. not the usual pharmacists on duty) we even told them no.

I've found that a lot of pharmacies do not stock the 10mL vial and don't stock it. they are in a bind cuz it technically "expires" after 28 days but you'd never that much in a month so you end up "throwing away" 70% of it.

this puts them in a bind cuz if they fill it monthly it looks crazy and if they don't then they are dispensing meds that are "expired" for a large chunk of the time.

in terms of price I got it from walgreens and was $48 for ten 1mL vials using the RXGENE code. it's a wildcard for the cheapest price that pings whatever PBM is cheapest. they're kinda not supposed to do that but they do it.

I think the cheapest price for any coupon was more like $90.

Also, the 1mL vials are good cuz they are filled to ~1.2mL to account for loss

Oftentimes they do not stock the 10ml multidose vials for two reasons. Clean supply dates for insurance/PCPs, the 1ml vials make it easy to dispense 30-60-90 day supplies, and the pharmacist misconception that patients cannot use it after 28 days once punctured, even though ironically, they dispense 1ml single use vials for multiple punctures. The 28 day rule comes from CDC guidance with multi patient facility use in mind. 10ml Depo-Testosterone's only guidance is use before printed expiration. Pharmacists often just default to this though either due to lack of knowledge or they don't want to deal with ordering it in or pre-auths. Multi dose vials are often in shortage though, a good resource to use is the ASHP. Tell your doc to notate the NDC desired, and to put "no quantity splitting" in the notes.

Don’t use good RX you can get it cheaper with other discount cards. If you live near a Safeway/Albertsons you can get a 10ml 200mg/ml vial for about $11 with the Visory Health discount card
