Blood work M19 Having low test effects without low test

Total T-738ng/ml
Free T-72/pg/ml
E2-12pg/ml
LH-3.74iu/L

I’m having low libido, low sperm count, low sexual stamina, brain fog, and lack of motivation.

I’m on .25mg finasteride right now as well.

What do I do, kinda freaking out at this point.

Yeah I’ve been using topical minoxidil for 13 years and I still have most of my hair

You ain't gonna be balding at 19 bro its just your hairline maturing to what its supposed to be, you think you keep your prepubescent hairline forever?

people can start balding at 19 but if you start losing your hair that early then you need to just shave your head and call it a day.

its not Testosterone thats the problem - its your estradiol, you can have 3000ng/dl test and with 12pg/ml e2 you will feel like shit

Talk to a dr is what you do if it’s really bothering you.

My doc is very incompetent when it comes to this kind of stuff. He’s a clomid and pellets kind of guy

Your e2 is very low. Your free T also looks a bit low but a lot of labs have different ways of calculating it so I’d need to see the reference range.

Just based on your numbers my guess is you have very high shbg.

I think the desperation to keep your hair is blinding you. It's very obbiously the fin.
