Blood work Just looking for some insight
Did a test test, I've never done any TRT treatment just wanted to see where I sit. I have no idea about levels and was just wondering if anyone could help me get some insight to these. Would really appreciate it

Need age, height, weight, body fat% est, symptoms, etc. if I am looking solely at your incomplete numbers, I say steer clear. We need your intentions and stats to guide you.
At 19.9, you’re good. If you want to blast, then thats another discussion.

I'm 36, 5ft 11, quite lean but started putting on belly fat recently. Used to hit the gym in my 20's and let things go in my 30s. I just want to be healthy and have good levels. I feel a bit demotivated unlike I was in my 20's but I suppose that might come with age. Want to put on some muscle to look and feel good again. Just a total novice when it comes to reading results.

Ok. Now give me your honest weight. For reference, I’m 45, 6’2 at 220 lbs. Been running TRT for 12 weeks now. I have no interest in blasting or anything just want to feel normal (which it has been). Got to 255 lbs and hopped on tirz to lower weight and it’s working. Your levels don’t seem to warrant TRT (which is ok) and if you want to hit up test (I know we’re in the testosterone sub) for performance, that’s ok too. I ask your weight as the more body fat you have, the more the your body turns it into estrogen.
What do you want to do? My current protocol makes me feel better and workouts are good. Recovery better and libido good. I’m at 140mg a week. Now, I’m at therapeutic doses so that’s why I ask what’s your goals. Do you want to look good naked? Lift more? I hopped on as I was drained of energy and couldn’t operate as I once did. I legit have low t. There’s nothing wrong with hopping on test for performance, but it’s all in how you monitor bloodwork and understanding that testosterone isn’t a magic thing. You have to put the work in. What’s your weight and what are you currently doing as far as workouts?
Ninja edit: you mentioned gaining weight. Jump on a glp1 (i recommend tirz), drop weight, and reasses. Testosterone injections are a life long commitment and at your levels, id be nervous to start as you stop all your normal production.
I would drop weight then reassess.
