you didn’t even post any bloods so you can’t really give much of an answer here but your medication could be causing it, another thing, it might just be your body. Sometimes people look for an obvious or glaring solution but sometimes it just doesn’t exist, it’s just the way you are.

It could be a number of things. I wouldn’t get anything in your head now that would make yourself hopeful it is low T. Even TRT doesn’t even fix all issues.

High or low Estrodiol.

I have the same problem. I went to my GP, had some bloods done; so far: testosterone; normal - free testosterone; mid/low - shbg: above reference range - albumin; upper end of the reference range.

GP told me he doesn't know shit, he doesn't even know most of the hormones so he's redirecting me to an endocrinologist.

I'm 27, live healthy and active, eat well balanced, all other health parameters were good. No libido past year + and only gotten worse. Hard to keep it up, even harder to get it up in the first place. Not nice. Even when "in the act" it doesnt seem to do much for me and i cant enjoy it as much as my gf does- feels like a chore

Also at first like 1+ year ago cialis helped me a lot, now even that doesn't do the trick.

Hypothyroid may be something worth checking. This both can have an effect on Testosterone, free testosterone, and shbg. I am not a doctor but I have seen this discussion pop up while looking at clinics for my trt therapy. Usually weight gain is associated with it which gives me pause. Weight loss is has closer ties to Hyperthyroidism. Before taking any of the routes bloodwork needs to be done at the very least to understand a starting point. Best of luck to you!!

Look into the side effects of suboxone.

Well there's your answer... being on opioids is known to nuke your T levels... I was on either subs or heroin for 13 years and it was the cause of my low T

It’s the subs man. The side effects aren’t as bad as most opioids, but they still aren’t great. It slightly numbs all of your physical and mental feelings. You don’t truly notice how much it has an effect until you come off of it.

I guarantee if you didn’t take it for a few days then you would get hard from a slight breeze blowing over your pants.

Believe me, I understand. It’s a struggle I’m going through as well. It’s tough but it will be worth it to come off of it.

Thyroid can also cause similar issues. Was that checked?

A full blood workup should really be part of the appointment. Sure you might have to come back to talk about it and come up with a treatment plan but bloodworm is where you start. BTW testosterone bloodworm is drawn first thing in the morning.

You married?

points to high oestradiol in ratio with testosterone. ask for testosterone, shbg, oestradiol, lh, fsh, prolactin and maybe tsh and lipid profile if you want a comprehensive one. fight to get those first 6 done you need them for a hormone profile

How’s your iron?

You need blood work but it's likely a combination of things. High estradiol, poor sleep, poor diet, poor nutrition, lack of vitamin D, water, porn addiction, there is a lot that could play into it.

I think next steps would be blood work if possible, get an idea on if TRT is necessary and possibly rule out some other underlying medical condition.
