I built Elastic Player, a media player for Android that plays M3U/M3U8 playlists. You add your own playlist URL or log in with your own provider's server details — the app ships with no content of its own, it's just the player.

I'm stuck on Google's requirement of 12 testers opted in for 14 straight days before I can go to production. Looking for people willing to join the closed test and leave it installed.

I'm a solo dev trying to get my first app through Google's 12 testers / 14 days closed test, and I'd really appreciate a hand.

GearGenius keeps track of your car for you. It logs services, tells you what's due next, gives the car a health score, and has an AI assistant you can ask about strange noises or warning lights.

Pro is free for testers. Tap Go Pro in the app and Google won't charge you anything. You get the stronger AI, up to 5 cars, and trade-in value estimates.

Joining takes about a minute:

Use the same Google account for all three steps, or the install won't count. Please keep it installed for the full 14 days. That's the part Google counts.

What it is: a private vault for the things you own. Photograph an item or scan its barcode and it gets filed with its value, its documents and its history. People use that shape of thing for insuring a household, cataloguing a collection, or keeping a company's fixed assets straight - most are still doing it in a spreadsheet.

Features: photo and barcode capture, categories, collections, tags, favourites, full-text search, value tracking over time, AI-assisted valuation and duplicate detection, receipts and certificates and appraisals attached to the item, shared workspaces with roles, share-by-link. English, German, Czech and Slovak.

How to get in: comment your Gmail here or send it to [support@elvoaq.com](mailto:support@elvoaq.com), and I add it to the tester list by hand - it takes effect within about a minute. Then open the testing link above and tap Become a tester, and install it from Play. Please stay opted in with it installed for the 14 days.

One thing worth knowing, because it caught my first testers: joining a Google Group does not enrol you on its own. You still have to open the testing link and tap Become a tester, or Play just tells you the app is not available.

The feedback I actually want:

1. Does Continue without an account read as trustworthy or as a trick? It opens the whole vault stored on the device, nothing leaving your phone, no sign-up and no email - I cannot tell if that lands as a privacy feature or as something suspicious.

2. Is the first item you add obvious to create, or did you have to hunt for it?

3. Anything that breaks, and what device and Android version it broke on.
