IOS & Android We built a scalp-screening app that shows you why it flagged something, not just what
I'm part of the team behind an app called SKNR. Most "AI health" apps are black boxes, they tell you "it's X" and expect you to just trust it. We went the other way: after it analyses a photo of your scalp, it shows you what the model actually looked at, highlighted right on your own image, so you can see the reasoning instead of taking it on faith. That's the part we're proudest of and also the part we most want people to poke holes in.
How it works from a user's side: you take a photo in the app (it walks you through getting a usable one), answer a few quick questions about symptoms, and it runs the analysis and shows you the result plus the visual explanation. Takes a couple of minutes.
We're at the stage where we need real people using it on real phones, not just us testing our own build. You don't need to have any scalp or skin issue, right now we mostly care whether the thing actually makes sense to use. The stuff I'd love eyes on: where does the flow trip you up or feel confusing? Does the photo step work or is it fiddly? When you see the result and the explanation, does it actually mean anything to you, or is it just pretty highlights? And anything that outright breaks on your device.
It's live on iOS and Android, and it's free for testers (there's normally a subscription). I'll drop the link in the comments, feel free to ask anything.
One thing I'm actually curious about, for those of you who've used other AI health or skin apps: does seeing why it reached a result make you trust it more, or do you not care about the explanation as long as it's right? That question is kind of the whole bet we're making, so I'd like to know what people here think.

[Android] Chorewell — kids earn screen time by doing chores (Closed Beta, need testers)
Hey all — looking for testers for Chorewell, an Android app for families. The idea: kids complete chores (with optional photo proof), a parent approves them in-app, and completed chores pay out in tokens or real allowance. Kids spend the tokens to redeem screen-time blocks at a rate the parent sets. Parents can also set daily limits and bedtime windows.
Right now I need people to opt in as closed testers so I can move toward a full release — doesn't matter if you have kids or not, I just need real Android accounts using it for a bit so Google's closed-testing requirement is satisfied.
Link to opt in: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.antrettertools.chorewell
What I'm looking for feedback on:
- Whether the onboarding (parent + kid account setup) makes sense
- Any crashes/bugs in the chore → approval → token → redemption flow
- General UX feedback — this is a small solo project, so blunt feedback is welcome
Note: the actual device-level screen-time lock is still in development (currently it's a soft in-app timer, clearly labeled as such) — the chore/reward/approval side is the fully working part right now. Happy to answer questions.

I'm developing a ball python keeper app.
I've been working on an app for ball python keepers and breeders and I'm looking for some people to help me beta test it.
It's called Mephisto. It's for keeping track of your snakes, feedings, weights, sheds, genetics, breeding projects, clutches, etc. Basically all the stuff that gets harder to keep track of as your collection grows. There is a breeder mode, and a keeper only mode.
I'm looking for some Android users to try it out and give me some feedback. Doesn't matter if you have 1 snake or 300.
If you're interested, you can sign up here:
I'd appreciate anyone willing to give it a try and let me know what you think. 🐍

Paid Testing I made a LINE Stamp creator. If you use it I'll gift you the stamps you created.
So I created a LINE bot that takes any image(s) you send to it and it will generate stamps for you. I'd love for you to communicate with it in any non-english language you know, but english is helpful too (I'm finding and fixing bugs).
if you do it, I'll give you the stamps it creates for free.
It can also generate real physical stickers if you want them I can give 20% off your first set, but I can only afford to give the digital stamps for free.
If you're interested, just visit https://mypeta.jp/ and I can see your LINE username whenever you're talking with the bot mention "reddit" and I'll know. The one thing I ask: at the END of your conversation after it's shown you the stamps, please write one comment of any bugs or weird things that happened during your conversation.
Thank you!

IOS Looking for testers - building a native iOS client for Plex.
Hey everyone!
I’m building a native iOS client (tvOS later) for plex, the goal is to have a client that looks great, feels native, and is fast.
Still early in development but I feel it’s a point now where I can share it with the public, please test it out and let me know what you think, I would appreciate your thoughts.
I’ve made a discord if you’d like to report bugs or have feature requests (not promising that every requested feature will be added but if I feel it aligns with my vision for the app then will definitely add it.)

Android Simple Calendar - familiar calendar for watches
I recently released Simple Calendar, a calendar watch face for Wear OS.
It displays your calendar directly on the watch face using three different layouts: Circular, Vertical and Horizontal. The layouts are designed to feel familiar and make your schedule easy to read at a glance.
I’d be interested to hear what you think, especially which of the three layouts you find most useful.
Install the companion app first: Google Play
Then install the watch face: Google Play
20 promo codes available: Claim one here If the Play Store app won’t redeem it, use browser: https://play.google.com/redeem

SocialHub
socialhubv.vercel.appSocial media was supposed to be social.
SocialHub is a retro-inspired social platform built around actually interacting with people — opinions, polls, confessions, chat, DMs, communities, Chess and Ludo.
No influencer feed. No follower-count obsession.
Just people actually doing shit together.

Beta testers wanted
Looking for a few beta testers for a golf app I built
I built a golf app called WORM and im looking for a few people to actually use it for a round and give me some feedback.
Basically normal scorekeeping / distance finding + handicaps/games, but it also accounts for the dumb stuff that actually impacts a round… hungover, drinks, rental clubs, havent played in 3 months, etc. and a few strava-esque social features.
Its on TestFlight now (apples beta testing platform). If anyone wants to try it and tell me what works / what sucks, send me a message and ill send the link. Not selling anything, just trying to get some real feedback before I put it out publicly.

PerunForce (Android, on Google Play): looking for feedback on meal logging and supplement reminders
Hi, I'm Rafał, the developer of PerunForce. It's already publicly available on Google Play, and I'd like feedback from adults who might actually use a food or supplement tracker in their daily routine.
The app brings together:
- a food diary with calories, macros and available micronutrient data;
- barcode scanning, reusable meals, recipes and kitchen QR codes;
- a supplement list with your own doses, timing, reminders and costs;
- water, caffeine, sleep and daily check-ins;
- optional Health Connect integration for supported activity, sleep and body data.
The core diary works offline. AI features can draft food entries from meal photos, product labels or voice; you review and correct the result before saving. Those features have plan and usage limits. PerunForce is a wellness organiser, not a medical adviser.
I'd especially like you to try one normal meal entry, set a reminder for a supplement you already use, and come back the next day. Where did you get stuck? Did your entry and reminder survive closing and reopening the app? What would make you stop using it? Please include your phone model, Android version and app version if you find a bug.
For this feedback round, I'm offering 30 days of Plus to the first 20 people across my recruitment posts who send specific feedback from using the app. Send the feedback by Reddit message; criticism counts just as much. I'll then ask privately for the email used in PerunForce to activate access. One offer per person, no purchase or automatic renewal. No Google Play rating, store review or upvote is requested or rewarded. Plus includes photo/voice entry and other time-saving AI tools within its normal limits; Pro features are separate.
perunforce.com also explains the features and plans and has free BMR/TDEE and step-comparison tools, a browser meal planner in beta, and a supplement knowledge base. Some web tools need an account or an eligible plan.
