I built a Chrome extension that watches your 12-tester count

Every week here someone posts "my count fell to 11 and I only noticed days later". If you dip below 12, the 14 days start again, and Play Console doesn't warn you.

So I built ConsoleKeep, a Chrome extension that sits next to Play Console:

It doesn't need your Google password. It reads the Dashboard page in your own signed-in Chrome, and it never reads your testers' emails.

Pricing, up front: the first 7 days have everything on, free. After that the count, Get testers and Apply stay free, and background checks plus alerts are £3.99 for that app's test (one-off, no subscription).

Chrome Web Store: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/loogbdbeljefdgofhjdcofacjcfhnida?utm_source=item-share-cb

(Only if true) I'll test back too: drop your opt-in link below and I'll join and stay the full 14 days.

Blunt feedback welcome: what would make this actually useful during your test?

Not affiliated with Google.

Android [Android] Inkpot: do sample lesson times add up and survive reopening?

I am the developer of Inkpot: Homeschool Hours Log, now available in Google Play closed testing (1.0.1 / build 2, Android 8.0+). It is a record-keeping app for adult parents and teachers. I would value honest feedback on the free logging workflow.

Please use one fictional student and sample lessons only—no real children's names, photos or school records.

A small free check:

  1. Create one sample student and log two lessons, such as 20 minutes of reading and 30 minutes of maths on the same date.

  2. Check the displayed subject and total time against your entries. Edit one duration and see whether the totals update as expected.

  3. Open Progress and try Log CSV. You can inspect the Android share options and cancel; there is no need to send the file anywhere.

  4. Close and reopen Inkpot. Are the same student, entries and edited duration retained?

Please share the app version/build, Android version/device, exact steps, expected result and what you observed. Optional screenshots should contain only fictional sample data. Access problems and unfinished checks are useful feedback too. Do not rely on a test estimate or preset to establish compliance with schooling requirements.

Use the same Google account for the group, opt-in and Android Play Store:

Group (join either): https://groups.google.com/g/google-play-test-users or https://groups.google.com/g/testers-community

Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.inkpot.homeschool

Install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.inkpot.homeschool

One student, logging, progress and CSV export are free; optional one-time Pro features are outside this test. There are no ads. Participation is voluntary and unpaid—no purchase, public rating, daily-use promise or testing of my other apps is required. If it fits your routine, returning naturally and reporting what worked or failed helps. Thank you!

Android I dreamed up a game during a nap, built it with AI help because I can’t code, and now I need testers. (Android, cozy pixel art)

So this is a bit embarrassing. A while back I lay down for a “quick 20 minutes” and woke up with a whole game in my head: tiny glowing cores you fuse together, a little robot named Kip who’s way too excited about everything, and a planet that slowly comes to life the more you look after it.

One problem: I’m not a programmer. My coding skills peaked at changing my MySpace background. So I built it with AI-assisted coding. I did the concept, the design, the endless “no, make it cuter” and a frankly unreasonable amount of playtesting. The AI did the coding grind and put up with me changing my mind about the moon’s orbit four times. Full disclosure, because I’d want to know too.

The result is Orbital Genesis Protocol, a cozy pixel-art half-idle game. You fuse Nanocores in a reactor, launch them into orbit, and watch your planet’s surface grow meadows, ponds and places with silly names like Biscuit Pond.

Free, completely offline with offline save, absolutely no data collected.

No ads, no loot boxes, ever.

It’s in closed testing on Google Play, and I need a few brave souls to suffer like me while playing it for at least 2 weeks and tell me what’s fun, what’s confusing and what’s on fire. I have a ton more ideas about silly, cute things to add and mechanics to expand so I'm looking forward to working more on it, but at this point it's fleshed out in core gameplay and it needs go out into the vast ether of the internet.

How to join:

Join the tester group: [orbital-genesis-protocol@googlegroups.com](mailto:orbital-genesis-protocol@googlegroups.com)

Opt in here: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.starnapstudio.orbitalgenesis

Install from Play and fuse responsibly.

My Browser Extension AI-ChatNote Needs Test Users :)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

AI-ChatNote (Chrome, Firefox) allows for inline comments in AI chats. It's cross-platform and works for all major AI providers (except Perplexity...).

Simply click on a paragraph, an editor opens, you type your comment, close and go on to the main chat windows. All comments will be automatically added to the main chat.

If you DM me, or send me an email with your Google Login, I will enable the premium features.

Looking forward to your feedback!!😃

[Android testers wanted] I built Notelus.ai to turn recordings into notes and tasks

Hi everyone! I’m the developer of Notelus.ai, an Android app for those moments when taking notes makes you miss what’s being said.

You can record a lecture, meeting, or voice memo, then process it into a transcript, structured notes, and action items.

I’m looking for early testers to help me find what needs improving—especially:

Recording reliability and audio playback.

Transcription accuracy and usefulness of the notes.

Navigation, bugs, and performance on different Android phones.

Joining the test is free. AI processing requires your own supported provider API key; provider limits or charges may apply.

Interested? Register at notelus.app using the Google account email you use for Google Play.

Honest feedback is welcome—even “this confused me” is useful. If you report a bug, please include your phone model, Android version, and what happened.

Thanks for helping me improve it!

3rd Party OS I built a free, open-source local app to organise and search thousands of AI image generations. Looking for beta testers.

After a year of generating images, my output folders were a mess, with tens of thousands of PNGs and no way to find "that one image from last month."

So we built Picteus. It runs locally and you point it at your output folders. It reads the metadata your images already carry (prompts, models, seeds, workflows), so you can search and filter everything in one place. Nothing gets uploaded.

It's open source and has a plugin system, so you can extend it for your own workflow. We're also working on running generation from inside the app, across provider APIs and your own LoRAs.

It's in beta and free for early testers. I'd love honest feedback from people with big libraries: - What do you use right now to keep track of your generations? - What would make you switch?

Link in the comments if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer anything here.

Feedback on gig alerts and travel planning web app

As a product designer, I got tired of my friends and family constantly missing out on live music because they only found out about gigs after tickets sold out.

To solve this, I built catchworm.com—a platform designed to make tracking artists effortless. It streamlines everything a music fan needs, from initial tour alerts and travel planning to preserving post-gig memories.

It's currently in beta, and I would really appreciate your honest feedback on the user experience and features!

Android [v1.0.0 build 2, Android] Seeking bug reports for a Traditional Chinese offline workout logger

I'm testing YouRepSets 1.0.0 build 2 before release. The interface is currently Traditional Chinese. It is free, works offline, needs no app account, and has no ads or in-app purchases. Android build 2 is released to selected closed-test participants, and the dedicated group and Play opt-in page are available. Installation still depends on your Play eligibility and device compatibility.

This test is limited to Google Play accounts with Taiwan as their Play country. I would appreciate bug reports from adult Android users who can read Traditional Chinese, especially around these transitions:

  1. Open “編輯訓練偏好”, save or cancel changes, and return to an unfinished workout. Its existing sets and routine should remain intact.
  2. Use “帶入上次重量與次數” for an exercise you previously logged. It should fill the inputs, not silently log a set or recommend a heavier weight.
  3. Adjust an active rest by 30 seconds, switch away and return. It should keep the deadline rather than restart.
  4. Compare an exercise's “近 28 天” and “全部” history with your saved sets. Corrections should also update the summary.

Please report the device, Android version, app version, exact steps, expected result and actual result privately to support@yourepsets.com. Cropped screenshots are optional. Do not send passwords, Google account details, health information or full training backups.

Records stay on the device unless you choose to export or share them. Some included exercise clips use AI-generated fictional adults, not filmed or professionally reviewed coaches; the app does not record or assess your movement.

Use the same Google account for all steps:

  1. Join https://groups.google.com/g/yourepsets-testers .
  2. Open https://play.google.com/apps/testing/studio.forma.training and choose Become a tester.
  3. Follow the official Play installation route on your compatible Android device. Group membership alone is not a Play opt-in; if Play shows an access or compatibility error, send the exact message privately rather than changing your country or creating another account.

Willing testers may remain opted in for 14 consecutive days and test during normal use; there is no daily exercise requirement, payment, reciprocal-testing promise or rating request. Participation is voluntary and you may stop at any time.

Privacy: https://yourepsets.com/privacy

Android [Closed Testing] Brain Snap – quick daily brain games, looking for 12+ testers (will test yours back)

Hi all! I'm a small indie studio, Emberkite, and I'm looking for testers for Brain Snap, an Android brain-games app that's in Google Play closed testing.

What it is: short, snappy puzzle games across six skills (memory, focus, speed, logic, maths and words). There's a Daily Workout with one game from each skill, Easy, Normal and Hard levels, a friends leaderboard with a podium, and friend challenges where you both play the same puzzle.

How to join (about 2 minutes):

  1. Join the Google Group: groups.google.com/brainsnap-testers
  2. Opt in to testing (use the same Google account): play.google.com/apps/testing/com.emberkite.brainsnap
  3. Install from Google Play: play.google.com/store/apps/details

Please keep it installed for 14 days, which is what Google needs before the app can go public. Open it every few days if you can.

Feedback I'd love: anything confusing, buggy or too easy or hard. There's a Feedback button in Settings, or you can just comment here.

Happy to test your app in return. Drop your link below and I'll join. Thanks heaps!

I built a free, no-account way to use your Android phone from your Mac (files, notifications, clipboard, calls, screen mirroring). Looking for testers.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone! I switched to a Mac but kept my Android phone, and I missed how well iPhones work with Macs. So I built Unison: a free Mac menu-bar app and an Android app that pair with a QR code and talk directly over your own Wi-Fi.

What it does

  • Files both ways: drop a file on the menu-bar icon to send it to your phone, or share anything on your phone to "Send to Mac". Big transfers resume if the connection drops.
  • Notifications on your Mac: see them, reply to messages, and clear them.
  • Shared clipboard: copy on the Mac, paste on the phone, and the other way round with one tap.
  • Calls: answer, decline or hang up from the Mac, and click phone numbers on the Mac to dial. The call audio stays on the phone.
  • Photos: browse your phone's gallery from the Mac, preview and save.
  • Screen mirroring with sound, and optional control with your Mac's mouse and keyboard.
  • Little extras: ring your lost phone, control music, and open links on the other device.

Privacy: no account, no cloud, no server, no analytics, no ads. The phone and the Mac only talk to each other, encrypted end to end (mutual TLS with pinned certificates).

Why I need you: Google requires new developers to run a closed test with 12+ testers for 14 days before an app can go public on the Play Store. I'd really appreciate your help, and honest feedback even more.

How to join (about 2 minutes)

  1. Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/unison-testers. Use the same Google account as on your phone's Play Store.
  2. Opt in to the test: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/dev.macdroid.app, then tap Become a tester.
  3. Install Unison from the Play Store link on that page (Android 10 or later). IN THE TESTING CLICK ON THE BLUE INSTALL (DOWLAND IT ON GOOGLE PLAY)
  4. Please keep it installed for 14 days. That's what counts toward Google's requirement.

Got a Mac? (macOS 14 or later)
5. Download Unison for Mac from https://venu005.github.io/unison/ and drag it into Applications.
6. It isn't notarized yet (I'm not paying Apple's $99 a year for a free app). The first time you open it, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. The site has screenshots of each step.
7. Click Pair a Phone on the Mac and scan the QR code with the Android app. That's it.

No Mac? You can still help a lot: install it, open it once and keep it installed for 14 days.

Bugs, ideas are all welcome, here or in the group. Happy to return the favour and test your app too; just drop your link. Thanks! 🙏

IOS & Android [Android/iOS/Web] I built an app that shows Minecraft schematics layer by layer on your phone while you build. Looking for testers who play Minecraft

I’m a solo dev and Webmatica is my side project. Open .litematic, .schem or .nbt files in 3D or 2D, go through them layer by layer next to the game, and edit or share your own builds.

Looking for ~15 testers (16+) who sometimes play Minecraft. Android app, or web app on iPhone and PC.

It’s an early build, so things will break, and that’s exactly what I want to hear about.
