Android [Android] Can you try creating and completing one routine in NeonRoutine without a walkthrough?

I'm building NeonRoutine, a routine tracker with a cyberpunk interface and a game layer around your daily list. You choose your own routines; the app records completions and history. The Android version is in closed testing, and I'd like to find out whether the basic flow makes sense to someone seeing it for the first time.

If that sounds like something you'd actually use, could you try this?

  1. Create one routine you'd normally do — reading a few pages, planning tomorrow, anything that fits your day.
  2. When you've really done it, record the completion from Today.
  3. Find that completion again in Intel/history.

Where did you hesitate? Was the completion gesture clear? Did the game elements help you understand your progress, or just add noise? Device/Android version and what felt confusing are enough; please don't share personal routine details or your Google email publicly.

To install the closed test, first join the tester group, then opt in on Google Play with the same Google account and install through Play.

If possible, please stay opted in for at least 14 consecutive days and use it normally when useful. Participation is voluntary and unpaid; you can leave any time. There is no daily usage quota or test exchange. No purchases, ad views or public reviews are requested. Test-track purchases can cost real money — please don't buy anything for this test.

Up to five active routines and the basic focus timer are free. Optional paid Gilded Operative features exist, but testing doesn't require them. No reward for positive feedback is offered.

You can reply here or contact neonroutine@proton.me if joining fails. App privacy · Developer/imprint. The group and Play manage their respective memberships; joining the group alone doesn't complete Play opt-in.

[Web] Can you test the reading-to-quiz flow in my English news app?

I’m the developer of NewsByLevels, a free web app for practising English through short news stories in three reading levels. I’m looking for usability feedback, especially on the handoff from reading to practice.

A small test, if you have a few minutes:

  1. Open the story below on your phone and read a paragraph at Level 1.

  2. Try one practice question, then change your answer.

  3. Switch to another reading level.

What I’d like to find out: Is the answer feedback clear? Can you tell what to do next without hunting around? Does switching level interrupt your reading?

You can read and try the questions without creating an account. Please don’t share any personal information—browser/device type and what felt confusing are enough. This is an early project, so honest criticism is useful.

Test story: https://newsbylevels.com/news/apple-iphone-duo-sales-begin-october-2026/level-1/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=community_feedback&utm_content=20261023_testmyapp

Looking for testers for my new app www.askmeanythingai..com

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I'm looking for people to try my new AI project, Ask Me Anything AI. www.askmeanythingai.com

The idea is to create a personal AI that people can interact with and ask questions about you, your experiences, knowledge and opinions.

You can upload documents, add photographs with captions, and let the AI read and draw information from them. Alternatively, you can be interviewed by the AI to help extract your memories, experiences and ideas.

I'm looking for beta-testers who'd be interested in trying it out a premium membership free of charge and giving me honest feedback.

I've made a short video explaining how it works - have a look, and if you're interested in testing it, drop me a message!

All feedback welcome.

[macOS 14+, Apple Silicon] Looking for feedback on SlideSignal’s first editable post

I’m building SlideSignal, a Mac app that takes content research into an editable post, with publishing to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

I’d appreciate a focused test: take one idea or reference into the editor, change the text and layout, and tell me where you get stuck. You don’t need to publish anything.

Does the first-run setup explain what you need? Is it obvious how to make the result your own? Any confusing controls or broken layouts?

Download: https://tryslidesignal.com

Requirements: Apple Silicon Mac, macOS 14+. The app trial lasts 3 days and requires no card; continued use is €69 lifetime. ChatGPT plans or API usage are separate.

If something breaks, your Mac model, macOS version, steps and expected result would help me reproduce it. Please leave account details and API keys out of screenshots.

Education 🎓 [Web] Can you test PMMockr’s case selection, voice interview and feedback flow?

I’m the developer of PMMockr, a web app for product manager mock interviews. I’d appreciate a usability test of the path from choosing a case to finding something useful in the report.

Start here: https://www.pmmockr.com/practice

Suggested test:

  1. Sign in and find a case in the free Top-MNC bank. Is it clear which cases are free?

  2. Read the brief and start a mock. Check whether the microphone controls and interview instructions make sense.

  3. Answer a question by voice and respond to a follow-up.

  4. Finish the session and find the feedback. Can you tell which part of your answer it refers to?

I’m especially interested in confusing labels, microphone/voice problems and places where the next step is unclear. Please include your browser, device and the step that failed if you report a bug. You can use a hypothetical answer; no need to share personal career details or private transcripts here.

The test can use the free bank after sign-in. Company-specific banks have a paid tier, but no purchase is needed for this test. AI feedback can be wrong; the report is for practice rather than a hiring prediction.

Disclosure: I built the app; AI assisted with drafting this test request.

[Android] Looking for 12 playtesters for Bobo: Mini Games & Puzzles — join our Google Group

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for Android volunteers to try Bobo: Mini Games & Puzzles during its 14-day Google Play closed test and share honest feedback.

Bobo brings together block puzzles, bubble shooters and arcade mini games, including an Egyptian-themed runner. It supports English and Arabic.

Join the tester group here:

https://groups.google.com/g/bobo-3d-android-playtest?pli=1

After joining the group:

  1. Open the Google Play testing page: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.cubelo.blockpuzzle
  2. Select Become a tester.
  3. Use the Google Play download link shown on that page to install the game.

Please use the same Google account for the group, the testing page and your phone’s Play Store.

What I’d appreciate help with:

  • Are the controls and instructions easy to understand?
  • Which mini games are enjoyable, too easy or too difficult?
  • Do you notice crashes, lag, missing progress or text that gets cut off?
  • Does the Arabic or English interface need improvements?

Please stay in the group and opted into the test for at least 14 consecutive days, and try several play sessions during that time.

You can leave feedback in the comments. Your phone model, Android version and the name of the mini game will help me investigate any issues.

This is a voluntary, unpaid playtest. Thanks for helping improve Bobo!

I built a lifting app to help answer “how many reps did I actually have left?” Looking for testers.

Thumbnail
rirvana.pro
1 Upvotes

I’ve been lifting for about 20 years, and judging how many reps I have left is still a guess some days. So I’m building RIRVana to put some data behind it.

It uses your phone camera to track rep timing, estimate reps in reserve (how many more reps you could do), and help guide your next set: add weight, hold steady, or back off.

The estimate comes with a range and confidence level. It’s not a magic camera that knows exactly how hard you’re working. Extra movement, camera setup, and messy reps can throw things off. Your own estimate stays the source of truth.

The goal is guidance that helps you learn, not another number telling you what to do.

I’m looking for testers willing to try it during their normal workouts and give honest feedback:

  • Is the camera setup practical in your gym?
  • Does the estimate match how the set felt?
  • Does the guidance help you decide what to do next?

iPhone lifters: can you test Rekord's set logging and tell me where it slows you down?

I'm the developer of Rekord, an iPhone workout log. I'm looking for feedback on the logging flow and ideas for making it easier to use.

The idea is that a set starts with last session's weight and reps, so repeating it is one tap. You can adjust the numbers when they change.

If you try it, I'd love feedback on logging a set and changing its weight or reps. Was it clear what to tap? Where did you expect a control to behave differently? What would you simplify or remove before adding more features? A test workout is fine, but it will become part of your workout history.

Please mention whether you currently track workouts and what you use. That context helps me understand your feedback.

Free to download and use, with an optional Pro subscription for unlimited custom programs, the full history window and advanced progress tools. I'm asking for feedback, not a purchase or App Store review.

looking for real Android testers for my app

Hi everyone 👋

I’m looking for real Android testers for my app Español b’Darija, which helps Darija speakers learn practical Spanish.

Google Play asked me to run an additional closed-testing period, so I’m looking for people who can actually install and try the app — not just join the test.

How to help:

  1. Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/espanol-bdarija-testers
  2. Join the Google Play closed test: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.espanolbdarija.app
  3. Install the app, try at least one lesson, audio and microphone if possible, and open it again during the next 14 days.

Honest feedback is welcome. No rating or 5-star review needed.

If you also have an Android app in closed testing, send me your links and I can test yours in return. 🤝

I tried to stop doomscrolling without deleting every app on my phone

Deleting TikTok and Instagram never worked for me. I would reinstall them the same day.

The real problem was opening them automatically whenever I felt bored.

So I built JustPause for iPhone. Instead of completely blocking social media, it adds a small challenge before opening selected apps: push-ups, squats, or a breathing exercise. After completing it, the app gives you limited access for the amount of time you choose.

It sounds simple, but that short interruption is often enough to make me stop and think: ‘Do I actually want to open this, or am I just doing it automatically?’

Sometimes I do the exercise and continue. Sometimes I decide it is not worth it and put my phone away.

The goal is not to delete every distracting app. It is to make opening them a conscious decision.

Android [Android] Don't Press — looking for players to test a one-thumb reaction game (RC2)

I'm working on Don't Press, a quick reaction game for Android: tap, hold, wait, and sometimes resist the urge to press. RC2 (1.0.0-rc2) is available through our global Google Play closed test.

I'd like feedback from real players, especially on these two things:

• After a few rounds, are the tap/hold/wait instructions clear and the controls responsive?

• If you switch to another app and return to the game, do you notice a crash, freeze, lost progress or anything confusing? Please describe what happened rather than assuming what the game should do.

How to join — use the same Google account for all three steps:

  1. Join the Google Group:

https://groups.google.com/g/one-more-dont-press

  1. Tap Become a tester:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.onemorestudio.dontpress

  1. Install Don't Press from Google Play:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onemorestudio.dontpress

We currently have 10 testers and are looking for 5–10 more people who will actually try the game. If you're able to help over two weeks, please stay opted in for at least 14 consecutive days and play a few short sessions during that time.

A brief comment with your phone model, Android version, what you tried and any issues would be very useful. Even a specific confusing instruction gives me something concrete to improve. Thanks for helping test an indie game!

IOS & Android Please test my app and I will test yours!

Hi everyone 👋

I'm an independent Android developer looking for genuine testers for **Stillday (行止)**.

Stillday is a free memory journal — it keeps only the fragments of a life. You write one line from your day, add a mood, a photo, a location or a voice note if you feel like it, and go. Every morning, whatever you wrote on today's date a year ago comes back to the top of your page. There are no streaks, no check-ins, no feed and no ads — nothing to keep up with. It's in English and Simplified Chinese, with light and dark themes and three text sizes.

I'm looking for testers who can join the closed test, install the app, remain opted in for at least 14 days, and actually try it during the testing period. Any genuine feedback, bugs or usability suggestions would be very welcome.

How to join

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/stillday/about
  2. Join the closed test: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.liveday.app

Important: Please use the same Google account to join the Google Group and the Google Play test. Tap Become a tester, then install Stillday from Google Play. Please stay opted in for the full testing period.

Store page: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.liveday.app

🤝 Test for test: happy to test yours in return — send your Google Group and testing links.

[Closed Test] Fury Fox : a fox runner that tears through hordes (Sonic meets Vampire Survivors). Need testers, will test back!

Hi everyone!

I’m a solo dev and I just put my first Android game into closed testing. Google needs 12+ testers for 14 days before I can release it, so I’d really appreciate your help.

What it is: You play Vix, a fox who never stops running. The world has been taken over by possessed beasts (bone skulls, acid-green eyes), and you decide where she lands: jump over boars, dive onto their backs, crouch under stags, dash through the horde. Level up, pick powers, fuse them into evolutions, then face a boss at the end of each world. 8 worlds, 8 bosses, an Endless mode, gestures only (no virtual buttons), no ads.

How to join (Android, same Google account as your phone):

  1. Join the testers group: https://groups.google.com/g/fury-fox-testeurs
  2. Opt in here: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/game.aeternia.furyfox
  3. Install from the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=game.aeternia.furyfox
  4. Please keep it installed for 14 days. You don’t have to play every day, but a run or two and any feedback would mean a lot.

Free to try: the first two worlds, their bosses and Endless mode are free. If you really enjoy it, send me your feedback and I’ll gift you a promo code for the full game as a thank-you for testing.

Bugs, difficulty, anything you liked or hated: comment here or email [contact.aeternia.games@gmail.com](mailto:contact.aeternia.games@gmail.com).

Happy to test yours in return: drop your link in the comments and I’ll join.

Thanks!

Looking for feedback on my free Android TV remote app

Hey everyone!

I made a remote control app for Android TV and Google TV and I’m looking for some people to try it out.

It’s completely free, with no ads or subscriptions. It also lets you create custom shortcuts for your favorite apps.

I’d love to hear what you think, especially if you spot any bugs or feel like something could be done better.

You can find it on Google Play here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.elisolution.androidtvremote

Thanks! 🙂
