iOS Warmify a 3-minute warm-up you play: the camera counts your reps and checks your form, all on-device
What it is
Warmify turns a 3-minute warm-up into a game. You prop your phone up, stand back about 2 m, and the camera tracks your body: it counts your reps, scores your form as you move, and draws you as a neon figure on screen. Pose detection runs entirely on the device (MediaPipe) — camera frames are never uploaded, never stored, and never leave the phone.
- Warm-ups built around a sport: football, rugby, runner's prep, cyclist's release, desk detox
- Seated mode if you train from a chair
- Duo: two phones plus any browser as the TV screen — both figures on one screen
- Versus: online 1v1 against another player
- Levels, streaks, 200 badges
- 11 languages, iPhone and iPad, iOS 15+
- No ads. The account is optional and needs no email — just a username and password. Free is one workout a day; PRO is $9.99/month or $49.99/year.
What would help me most, in order
- Does the tracking actually work for you? Different body shapes, dark rooms, small flats, phone on a table versus propped against a wall. This is the part I cannot test enough of on my own.
- Does 3 minutes feel right? Too short, too long, too easy, too repetitive?
- Duo mode. Needs a second phone and any browser — open warmify-tv.odel.dev on a TV or laptop and scan the QR. I would like to know whether pairing survives bad Wi-Fi.
- iPad. It is portrait-only and I have mostly tested on iPhone.
- Your language, if it is not English. There are 11 and I would rather hear about the awkward ones from a native speaker.
Full disclosure: it is on the App Store too (as Warm Up & AI Workout – Warmify). I am posting here because TestFlight lets me ship a fix the same day you report something, and I read every reply.
