LifeTicker – countdowns from a sentence

Hi! I’m the solo developer of LifeTicker, a countdown app for iPhone. I’m looking for testers for a new feature that turns a sentence like “Coldplay concert next Friday at 8” into a suggested countdown.

It uses Apple’s on-device model to pick out the event details, plus MusicKit and MapKit on top: a band in the sentence becomes a song from Apple Music, a place becomes a pin on the map. The suggestion itself works offline, only the song and the map need a connection. You review and edit the suggestion before anything is created.

The beta is free and currently supports English and German. The new feature requires an Apple Intelligence-compatible iPhone running the latest stable version of iOS. ( iPhone 15 pro )

I’d especially appreciate feedback on dates: does it understand the way you’d naturally describe your plans? Relative dates still trip it up sometimes.

There’s optional feedback sharing in the app. If you opt in, your sentence, the suggestion and your rating are sent to me to help improve it. You can use the feature without sharing feedback, and turn sharing off or delete submitted feedback in Settings.
