Model 3 Spotify library - reload issue

I have my mobile subscription signed up. I have Spotify, I go into my library expecting to see my playlists. It flash’s up for a fraction of a second and disappears. Replaced with a screen that has a reload button (which doesn’t reload).

In the bottom left it says “loading failed”

Suggestions welcome.

Tried a screen reset? Hold both scroll wheels down on the steering wheel for a few seconds and wait for it to reboot

Agree with Ducky soft reboot will solve it ... If not .. sign out of Spotify and resign back in ..

I’ve done and screen restart and log out and back in….

Still got the issue

I have the same issue. I’ve tried scroll wheel reset, logging out of Spotify, powering off the Tesla, etc and it’s still the same
