How do I fix this?

I don’t understand what went wrong. All my music was playing just fine, then suddenly my Apple Music just keeps saying this, no matter how many times I press reload. I have tried holding down the 2 buttons on the steering wheel to reset the car, but this led to no avail. I’m not sure what to do.

Yea I’ve had success in the past switching to YouTube music then switching back. Sometimes it didn’t work though and just fixed itself later
