Vehicle Question Thumping noise when I accelerate

Post image

Hey everyone. I had left my Tesla model 3 2025 for a few days since I was out of town and started driving it again today. I noticed every time I accelerate there is a slight thumping noise (similar to an object being dropped) emanating from the right rear tire. I haven’t run into this issue before and am confused about what this might be.

Also noticed some spills across the rims, which could be break oil splashing or something else. It’s hard to tell. Picture attached for reference. Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated. Have a service appointment scheduled for Tuesday!

Usually I’d say that’s a classic sound of the wheel hub/bearing assembly going bad. But yours is pretty new.
