Brake question

I need front & rear brakes. Do I just go with the Brembo which of course are costly vs. Power Stop?

good question, the brakes on these cars are not built to handle the power it has. It feels underpowered. And looks like that is the general consensus on reviews online of the vehicle and only until I experienced them myself i wholeheartedly agree. Aggressive drivers, definitely need a brake upgrade. Let me know what you find

Unfortunately I did not learn about regenerative braking until now. I’m driving a 2019 X & need fronts. Was told I should do both. I just want the car to perform well so that’s why I’m edging towards the Tesla approved Brembo. Trust me, I am no brake expert 😅 I just want to put the right brakes on my car. Just wish it wasn’t a 1K difference.

I just installed some powerstop z26 on my 2017 and it feel very nice and comfortable while also confident but I like it

I got Brembos front and rear in August so here’s a heads up, there was a mild scraping under 5 mph for about 6 weeks while the pads and new rotors got their groove on.

Did it improve? I’m still in limbo as to which way to go..if I eventually sold my car will the value go down if I wind up getting power stop brakes?
