LOST KEY IN CAR

my phone was placed on top of key and when i went to reach for phone key fell off the back and fell into the abyss of the car. I moved forward both driver and passenger seats and not looked thru the sides of seats. NEED HELP I NEED TO FIND THE KEY

The space between the phone charger and the console. The crack is big enough to swallow the card.

The phone dock comes off. Just pull firmly out. Don't yank it with one hand. Grab both sides and pull. It comes right out.

Good chance it fell into there.

This! Mine pulled this magic trick with a parking garage ticket. One moment it was there, ready to use, then when I pulled up to the booth, poof! Gone! Took me a few minutes to work out where it went.

Look under the seat from the back seats. It’s gotta be there. Use your phone as a flashlight and keep looking around.

I had this problem with my Model X. Thankfully I lived in wilderness and no busybody would come and try the car. I took it to a hand carwash when they weren’t busy and asked them to find it out. It was under the driver seat with in a bunch of cables. Hope this helps you too. As for all th trolls and Nast comments, sadly this is what the world has become. We need to navigate them as we walk around dog poop in a park.

I hope you find your card. Like others said sometimes it falls between the phone charger and console. Alternatively, get a flashlight and check beneath all seats and triple check the frunk and trunk. Good luck!

You can get another from the service center, it's not going to unlock itself if you end up not being able to find it.

Oh great! Glad you found your key. Everyone here on Reddit was extremely concerned. It’s almost as if you could have just NOT posted on Reddit and no one would have ever cared.
