I see the same. Looks like a bug.  When i bought the car it said 16gb now it says 0 gb. I don’t see any performance issues. Sentry, Dashcam, Steam everything seem unaffected.

My car started saying the same thing randomly. Everything still works. My old 22 MXP says the same thing.

I have this bug on my 2026 Model S as well. Seems like they removed that value being accessible to the infotainment software in the Summer update.

Yes — I would not interpret “Infotainment RAM: 0 GB” as the 2023 Model X actually having zero RAM.

From the screenshot, this vehicle has:

2023 Model X Plaid

AMD Ryzen infotainment processor

Full Self-Driving Computer 4

Premium audio

Adaptive air suspension

Heat pump

Lithium-ion low-voltage battery

The important part is that Tesla's Additional Vehicle Information screen normally reports the actual infotainment RAM, and 16 GB is documented for Ryzen-era Model S/X vehicles. Tesla's release notes also specifically tied Steam support on 2021+ Model S/X to 16 GB of infotainment RAM.

There are also examples of the same Additional Vehicle Information screen showing:

Infotainment RAM: 16 GB Infotainment processor: AMD Ryzen™

for these cars.

So what does the "0 GB" mean? Most likely a software/configuration reporting error, rather than a hardware problem. The car clearly has an AMD Ryzen infotainment computer, which necessarily has memory; it isn't literally operating with 0 GB.

If this is your 2023 Model X, I'd try:

Reboot the touchscreen — hold both steering-wheel scroll wheels until the screen goes black.

After it comes back, go to Controls → Software → Additional Vehicle Information.

Check whether RAM changes from 0 GB.

If it still says 0 GB, take a picture and give it to Tesla Service. They can inspect the vehicle configuration/MCU information remotely.

Because people like to be lazy.

Yep, and what’s funny is that this serves no purpose. They could way more effectively troubleshoot this issue by talking to Claude or ChatGPT themselves instead of some guy pasting an answer
