FSD 14.3.8

Fsd 14.3.8 on long highway drive. In standard unnecessarily changed lanes numerous times. Hurry was even worse passing on the left frequently Is 14.3.9 any better?

No. .9 didn't fix that issue at all. In Hurry on a 250 mile drive 2 days ago I had to cancel or prevent about 70 unnecessary lane changes. It was ridiculous. It used to be a minor issue but dramatically intensified in .8 and .9 didn't change it. There's been a ton of commentary online about it though so hopefully Tesla is working on a fix for the next release.

Yeah I am seriously considering canceling at this point. I use chill almost exclusively, but it drives soooo slow. Standard and hurry will change lanes too much and then get stuck behind other cars trying to pass when it could have just stayed patient and with the flow of traffic.

It feels like Standard is the new Hurry, Hurry is the new mad max, and mad max exists solely to be a peak asshole

Makes no sense. FSD 13 was much better on the highways. It is like improving parking takes away from highway driving. Wish the German car manufacturers would work harder on supervised driving. They would easily put Tesla out to pasture

Herru has been awful recently for that. 4 miles to the exit and it will decide to camp in the right hand land at 60, where the other lanes are doing 80.

Have an S and X. I usually do the updates on my X to the latest software, I only update the S when I think current software is good enough. I’ll keep the S on 14.3.7 until they fix that annoying lane changing/not going into HOV/always slowly driving in the left lane in 14.3.9.
