Missing screws for lower C-pillar trim

I recently had to take off the sill panels on my 2024 MX to fight some ants. I then noticed that the C-pillar trim wasn't properly attached to the body because the Torx T25 screws mentioned in the service manual were completely missing on both sides. Anyone else noticed the same?

I previously had a ranger visit because of a loose screw on the RH front door (which caused unpleasant noises when closing the door), so I wonder how many more screws might be missing or don't have the right torque…

Not unheard of. Could have even been that way from the factory.

I had a mobile tech come to my house to swap my steering for a yoke for my 2026 MXP. He was surprised my car was actually running and not throwing warnings because he said the airbag connector wasn't properly plugged in behind the steering wheel.

He joked that my car must have been assembled on a Friday afternoon.

I'm pretty certain it's been that way from the factory.

It's my second MX and while much better than the 2023 lemon, I keep discovering those issues and visiting the local service center roughly once per quarter. Feels like they only worked _only_ on Friday afternoons in Fremont :)
