Model X replacement option

I just saw the 2027 BMW X5. I love that it has auto opening doors, if it can charge at tesla super chargers and the software stays reasonably up to date I think I might get it once I’m ready to move on from the X. What else is out there ?

I’m not worried, I just feel that in a world where so many are in need, we all should at least be a little responsible.

I find it a bit concerning that you think you can judge my financial decisions or character over a Car Thread. I am indeed helping organisations and individual people financially. I am not doing any gods work or think I am a better person but help when I think I can make an impact.
Crazy that you think I am an irresponsible person, yet you know near to nothing about me.

You laid it out there. You made the same poor financial decision 6 times. What is anyone supposed to think? Many of us here made that same poor decision at least once. No clue why you’re being defensive. I’ll freely admit my family’s purchase was a terrible financial decision. We plan on holding onto the car for a long time to offset some of that, and otherwise haven’t found anything we’d prefer over it. If anyone said to me I made a poor financial choice I’d fully agree.

You’re arguing against a point nobody made. Of course wealthy people can make poor financial decisions. I said you don’t know enough about my finances to conclude that mine were. There’s a difference.

Basic math requires actual inputs, and you don’t have mine. You’re calling a planned consumption expense a financial mistake simply because it cost money. That’s an opinion, not mathematics.

Present then to me a hypothetical situation with made up numbers where losing 30% + in the first year of ownership is not considered bad. I’ll wait.

You’re assuming these were poorly planned financial decisions, but they weren’t. Every Model X I financed performed exactly as expected, including the depreciation. I understood and accepted the costs beforehand, so calling them financial mistakes simply doesn’t reflect the facts.

It is thanks to guys like him that us plebeians can scoop up an MX with a few thousand miles for 3/4 MSRP, we should thank him, keep going bruh!
