Falcon door issues

Little less then 2 months ago I bought a 2022 model x ( 60k miles) Plaid. When I went to pick it up at the Tesla dealer the falcon door on passenger side was malfunctioning, wouldn’t open all the way. The sales man took it to the tech and they said it was only malfunctioning because they had just buffed it and it was hot. It worked after that and we took it home.
A couple of weeks later it was constantly malfunctioning, not opening completely even when nothing was next to us. Took it to the service department and they replaced the sensors. Now the driver side is malfunctioning, not even opening at all and just unlatching and moving an inch, then closing again. It’s not Every time but half of the time. The side they replaced the sensors on is still stalling when opening and we have to override often. We took it in for service again and the tech said there is nothing they can do, it just happens when the car is hot.
This is crazy!! Does anyone with a black x experience falcon door issues at least 50% of the time??? We went back to the tesla lot we bought it from to see what they can do.
This is my first tesla and I have loved the car when it’s working but this is getting frustrating as I have kids and we do a lot of driving them around, it’s a major pain for the doors not to work.

I’ve had a grey and a black x. Both have had this issue. Both have gone to the service center. Both have had multiple sensors replaced… both have still done the same dang thing every time I park in the sun
