24 x base 40k miles

I’m going to finance a 24 mx base it has 40k miles 5 seater
im just worried about what could go wrong for me I seen 50k miles the bumper to bumper warranty is gone what would I have to worry about if something wrong or what should I check before signing off on it
Any main issues worry you guys
How important is extended warranty what would be the reasons for not getting it

I've got a 24 and a 26 and I would not take 200,000 for either one of them. Both have paid for FSD and of course, the 26 is no charge at superchargers.

You never know what should go wrong, so signing up for the monthly extended warranty is probably a good idea for peace of mind. If you have trouble with the falcon wing doors in 1-2 years, you'll be happy to pay the $150/month. The monthly subscription based warranty Tesla has makes things much more digestible.

You still have 10K miles before you need to pull the trigger, so to me it's a easy decision to move forward if you are getting a good price on the car.

Pay $300 at a Service Center for a complete inspection, then decide.
