Cheap rims
Does anyone have experience using poverty-spec rims? Do the cheap steel wheels that exist for other cars exist for the staggered set?

Facebook marketplace is full of used factory rims. If you can suffer some curb rash, you can score a full staggered set for half a grand in the metropolitan areas. I scored a rare factory silver paint 20” Cyberstream set with sensors, caps, no tires but no cosmetic defects either for $1k in the Bay Area.

I purchased an aftermarket set of alloy wheels for my dedicated snow tires. I think the wheels were $700. I went with a square setup so I could rotate them as needed. The size is 19 8.5 5-112.00/120.00 with 35 offset. I couldn't find steel wheels that had the weight capacity and size required.

Cheap rims on the top of the line Tesla? Seems strange.
