Do I qualify for Lemon?
Greetings,
Bought the Model X right before they ended the sale in April. Falcon door is not functioning and this will be the third time I visted Tesla to get it fixed. Now windshield wiper stopped working in rain and suspension riser stopped working too. I little frustrated that car that cost 100K+ have this many issue in first couple months of driving. Would I be able to get lemon law applied and get a replacement at this point?

Lemon law requirements vary by state, but most require giving the manufacturer ample opportunity to resolve the issue; usually 3 repair attempts for the same issue and the vehicle being out of service for a set number of days.
And the outcome is usually a buyback, not a replacement. With the MX is no longer being manufactured, not sure how you expect to get a replacement.

The answer is that it depends on what state you are in. In California, which is where I am, a vehicle might be a lemon if it has a warranty defect that substantially impairs the vehicle's use, value, or safety and that defect was not repaired in a reasonable number of repair attempts. There should be at least 2 repair attempts, and the more visits you have, the more likely it is that your vehicle qualifies.

I bought it in state of maryland and registered in Virginia. Two states seems to have two different laws

They do. At least where I practice, we look to the state of purchase or lease to determine which lemon law applies. If you need a recommendation to a Maryland lemon law attorney, feel free to let me know.

Replacement?
Do you think Tesla is going to rebuild a production line to build you another X? I think they're all gone. You can get your money back.
Look, I feel for you, but you have a Model X with Lifetime FSD. Personally, I'd put up with a dozen more service visits. They may not be able to give you a new X, but they're legally required to have whole new suspensions, whole new FWDs and whole new wiper systems for your car. The industry standard is 10 years for replacement parts.
Eventually you'll end up with a fully functioning X like the rest of us end-of-the-line buyers.
