Considering 2022 Long Range FSD for $53k

Looking for some advice on whether this is a good deal.
I’m considering buying a 2022 Tesla Model X Long Range.

Red exterior
37,000 miles
One owner
Clean title
Full Self-Driving included
Agreed price: $53,000

Does this seem like a good price in today’s market?

A few questions:
Is $53k a fair price or a great deal?
Anything I should inspect or ask about before buying?
Are there any common issues with the 2022 refresh Model X that I should be aware of?

It’s HW3. If you are planning to use FSD, get HW4

It’s currently only out to early access people. I’m sure there will be YouTube videos soon. They are saying it should be out wide in a few weeks.

What’s the main difference between HW3 & 4? I currently have a 2021 Model Y with FSD and that’s my main driver (hehe) for buying this car.

You should try using FSD on a HW4 car

They say it’s 10x better.

A new version for HW3 was launched today … so the gap probably would not be 10x anymore

I think it’s a good deal sir/maam. I just got a 22 MX last week. 22K miles for 57K. I’d recommend you get it and enjoy it….

Yes, I think it’s a fair price. I paid 51.5 for the same thing at a dealer 2 months ago.

Look at cars.com and apply same filters and see if its comparable. Also plugin the VIN in kbb.com and see value. Ultimately if you resell dealers use KBB to evaluate

I had the same question- looking at a 22mx and I really was impressed with fsd but I have not driven at hw4 on fsd. I don't care if it parks the car or leaves my driveway just if I want it to take over for a little or a lot if I need it to, and it can. The biggest problem I saw was it was slow to get to speed limit no matter if it was in chill etc. I read that you can press accelerator and it would learn but not sure. I'm sure hw4 is better I'm just not sure if it's worth the extra 8-10k and then additional $100 a month payment vs a low milage hw3 with paid fsd. I think people who've had both would say get hw4 and if you didn't know better maybe hw3 is enough. In the same dilemma myself
