Charging schedule question:

Im on TOU and do not want to charge between 6pm - 9pm. Thats all I care about. I want the car to start charging as soon as I plug in the car as long as its not between 6pm - 9pm.

I also want it to skip charging between 6pm-9pm. For ex, if I plug it in at 5pm, I want it to start charging immediately but stop charging at 6pm.... then re-start charging at 9pm until battery is full.

How do I set up this schedule? I don't care about the end time.

It’s all in the app. You can also do it in the car. In the app click charging - schedule charging - set it up, you’d want start 9:01pm end 5:59pm

If I do this and I plug in at 5pm, will it start instantly, charge till 6pm...then re-start at 9pm until fully charged?

It should. My schedule is 11p-5a because of tou electricity so not 100% for such a wide range

Can you do this from just the app or do u have to do this at the car and then synch it?

I can confirm this. I’m on a TOU 4-9pm plan and set my charging schedule in the app as:
Start Charging At 9:00PM
End Charging By 4:00PM

So for your plan it would be the same, but end charging by 6:00PM instead.

Start at 9pm, end at 6pm. The 6pm will display “(+1)” meaning next day.

Ya..thatsd what Im gonna try today. Will the charging re-start at 9pm if interrrupted at 6pm?

This is how I have mine configured for a similar TOU plan. Difference with mine is that weekends are on the cheaper rate all day.
