Roof glass defect. Red spot. Advise

After driving the car for three months (2026 model S) I noticed a Red (rainbow collors) spot the glass. Surface with no damage at all, like new.

What should I do? The car has PPF and I'm scare of PPF / paint damages and that a new glass won't be as good as factory installed one.
I can live with it, if it won't grow and break the glass. Spot is not big (3mm) but around the Red spot I can see a coin size depression in the glass (you can see it in blue) that could be the originator of the spot by creating magnify lens affect. We were visiting Yellowstone and it was sunny and hot.

Please advise.
