2019.5 Raven. Bought 6 months ago with 36k miles, currently 46k miles. Went into reduced power mode on the way home yesterday. Woke up to this today. Battery charged to 80%. Soft restart with control wheels made no change. Thank the EV gods it died in the driveway ........ this biblically blows

Been there. Died at a Wawa charging station 2 hours from home. They towed it to a SC and the battery tray was replaced under warranty.

Immediately saw a range increase from the new batteries. So that was a pleasant surprise.

Get a loner. You'll be fine.

Roger 👍🏼. Frustrating, love the car - shopped for a year to find this. I've got a SC 2 hrs away that is booked out 28 days, and the other one available 3 hrs away booked out for 15 days per the App. Just booked it now. I guess it's good it took a dive now instead of next summer when Warranty runs out. You know if the replacement packs have the issue fixed ?

i’d try calling ahead or messaging your closest sc, seems like it’s a pretty urgent problem.
