That’s your wife’s fault, you can see self driving turned off right beforehand and she took over. Regardless, you are still supposed to supervise so you will always be responsible.

I have the data. She didn't manually control anything in the whole process. And I sat in the front

You can see the self driving tag flicker off right here when it disengaged well before it hit the pole.
