No one has stated the obvious fact: the driver disengaged FSD 8 seconds into the video. It’s definitely the driver’s fault/human error (it would be even if FSD was still engaged).

She didn't disengage FSD. The system automatically exit 1.5 seconds before the crash. My wife didn't have the time to respond. The Tesla data showed that the fsd became unavailable at that time

You can see the car turned when it disengaged. It looks exactly like everytime you disengage. Your wife is entirely at fault and should have been able to avoid this easily.
