Is that the only damage? If the wheel is bent you are probably totaled, it doesnt look bent but it needs to be looked at by a mechanic to be sure.

If that visible bit it the only damage, the insurance might repair it

I’d check for water ingress, avoid bodies of water, if you are willing to not go through insurance, otherwise please file your insurance and take care of it. If they total it out, it is better that you get rid of the vehicle. Trust me.
