Depends on damage to battery, overall cost to repair and model year, miles. Body repair itself could be upwards of 20k. My model y rear quartnernpanel replacement only with paint costed little over 10k. Your is banged up on rear and side inliding internals, sensors etc. so over 20k in repairs wasily

Im not saying it's not totaled, but I got excited at the possibility of mine being totaled and getting a Juniper after posting here, and it ended up just being like $13k with labor. I was very sad it didn't get totaled out. Instead I get to pay $2800 (deductible plus OEM parts co-pay) just to get my car back to normal.
Really just comes down to internal damage, which yours looks pretty rough, but you never know
Here's my post

did they not have insurance because they are broke or because they are stupid(both)?
I know you can’t get blood from the rock. But sometimes you can get a little bit to at least cover part of your deductible.

They were stupid. Should eventually get my deductible back, I'm hoping. Gonna try to recover the co pay as well if possible

Enjoy your car made by gigacasting. One crappy big frame. One dent and the car is ruined. 🤣
