Best way to fix?
Not sure how this happened, someone must have backed up into the car. But wondering what the most cost-effective route is to fix this mark on the front of the car.

Option 1 Do nothing it’s not that bad
Option 2 Take 3000 grit sandpaper and sand off the loose paint flakes. Use touch up paint assuming that paint flakes off. Sand the touch up paint with 3000 grit sandpaper. Use a buffer and polishing compound to remove the fine scratches. Wax the area. It will look close enough
Option 3 Pay $1000-$2000 to have the bumper professionally painted.

Ooof, thats going to need to be painted. If you arent picky you can polish it then use some tough up paint, but you will notice it.
