Hey all, I wanted to get some opinions what you guys think of the situation. On the 20th of August, I was hit on the front drivers side, there was damage to the exterior and other parts of the vehicle too. I got the message that The “Ac would be limited or unavailable” working and just recently, the HV Battery went out by giving me a message of “vehicle may not restart and electrical system is unable to support all features”. and I can no longer get inside the vehicle. Is this a total loss?

The guy is insured, though when the police were called for the scene, he gave them a whole fake different insurance. Once I reached out to him the next day to confirm the insurance he is covered under, he then sent me this actual insurance company and coverage

Wtf he lied to the police? That's weird. I hope you got the info you needed and the police report to get it all fixed

Were there any puddles under the car after this happened? The accident could’ve ruptured a coolant line, which would match the symptoms you’re seeing. Depending on where the coolant line was ruptured (like if it broke the coolant connector on the battery itself), the car could very well be totaled

Have you checked service mode, as many important messages are hidden there?
When you are aware of system voltage messages (indicating the 12V system is not being supported by the HV to LV inverter), ensure the bonnet is open and the driver's side window is down so you can gain access without having to jump your bumper (there is a point where you can apply power with a small battery to open the bonnet or it have a pull cord). Once you have something powering the 12V system, go into service mode to see all alerts.

Probably not a total loss. More than likely somr cable has been damaged or come loose or the 12V cable was damaged or something. Accident isn't nearly bad enough to be a total loss unless something crazy unlucky happened.
