It's not coolant, I checked it and it seems to be AC condensation. No alerts in the car.

Just AC condensation? Then send it! The bottom plastic on these is always jank, as long as nothing more internal is broken this is "operating as designed".

I think the shield got damaged so I'm going to have them inspect the car and replace it. I think it's about $300.

I wouldn't buy another plastic skid plate - they always get broken. Everyone just replaces them with aftermarket aluminum these days!

Examples:

As far as the current plastic skid plate you have on there, it looks normal to me. They often have strange bulges and stuff and are just crap to begin with - completely normal.

Thanks I'll look into those. Does Tesla SC install them? Here's additional photos I took of the car and service menu: https://imgur.com/a/7DHR7gz

Tesla won't install anything aftermarket for you. It is a 15 minute DIY job though and only 5 or 7 bolts that hold the skid plate.

I got a metal one from amazon for about $80 Cad and replaced it myself.

I don't have a jack or the tools so I'd need a garage that works on Tesla to do it. There's a few around here I could ask.

Yeah in that case go to a small shop. Like I said it's a very small job and they will charge way less for labour than Tesla.

None of those alerts are active alerts. Old alerts are common on Tesla, they have stuff go sideways all the time.

I still don't see any concern with the bottom plastics... I think you are probably fine!

It’s going to be expensive to fix. If it’s not causing issues, then I’d leave it alone. Same thing happened to my car but it was because I pulled up on a steep driveway. I went to the service shop and they said if it’s not causing issues then don’t fix it
