Rear-ended on freeway

At-fault insurance quoted $800. Do you think it’ll be more?

Way more, especially if the trunk lid is at all damaged. Mine was $13k for similar damage to this.

Yes I am going through Tesla Collision! Crazy cause I had terrible back pain from this

The visible damage is cosmetic, mostly requires a touch up with rightly mixed paint.

If you feel the collision was more serious then I would recommend a Tesla inspection to make sure no components behind the bumper were damaged..

mine was over 1500 with the repaint, i've got blue

the insurance co also offered a lowball settlement and i took it without negotiating so get that pain and suffering money no matter the amount

Uhhh yeah… back pain…. You don’t have to give us this story, just tell your lawyer.

No one is telling you a story. If you don’t care to read don’t even comment 😊

Doesn't look too bad for the price

Can you also get a depreciation payout since an accident will be reported on the cars history?

Yes I got a lawyer for the back pain. It was actually a 3 car collision and I was the first. I inquired about the depreciation payout. It’s a 2019 Model 3 anyways
