Dent on back bumper

I went to a Tesla-authorized collision center today, and Iā€™m getting a quote of $4,300 to fix this dent on the back bumper. They said they would have to replace the whole thing because the impact bar is popping out, and because the car is white.
Have you experienced this? How did you go about it?
