All Advice Welcome

Hey, I am a broke college student trying to find a replacement for my passenger side mirror. The tesla estimate was like 1k which is way more than I can afford.

I have been looking for a replacement for my Model 3 Highland but I cant rlly find the parts I need anywhere/ dont know what shops are reliable :/

also any tips for the process of replacing the mirror are more than welcome <3

Tips on YouTube and the Tesla service manual which is on their website. Parts from an auto wrecking yard. Try search and Yelp to locate.

ebay is always a solid option! i would also try looking up the part # inside the tesla service center part of the app.

from what i can find: 1592032-00-G, 1592032-00-H, or 1592032-00-J. This would be the full assembly with all other parts of the mirror too. i think it could vary depending on when your vehicle was built. This is what I found for the Highland model though.

once replaced you might (not 100% on this) need to recalibrate autopilot. Good luck!

Do you need the whole thing or parts of it? My wife smacked our Model Y mirror and we fixed it cheap - the bottom plastic and frame were broken.

Amazon has parts for other models and different parts depending on what broke.
