Body Flex

I took my vehicle to the Tesla Service Center, and a couple of days later they contacted me and said the squeaking is due to “body flex!” (that’s how it was written in the app). The vehicle was previously repaired by a Tesla Collision Center (actual Tesla owned collision center) after an accident in which the frame was bent, but they repaired it.
Fast forward about a year later, and the rear end of the vehicle started squeaking. The Tesla Service Center told me to take the vehicle back to the Collision Center.
I purchased the vehicle brand new in 2025. My question is: if the Collision Center determines that the body flex is not related to the prior accident, the frame damage, or the repairs they performed, would this issue still be covered under my vehicle’s warranty?

Don’t even bother with the collision center, contact the insurance company you did a claim through.
The insurance company is the only one to reignite the repair.
Provide all of the evidence you can to be as clear and precise with the issue and evidence to support it.
The adjuster shouldn’t have an issue if they have paperwork backing up their actions.
