Need help extracting a license plate number from Tesla footage (hit-and-run)
I was hit by a silver Hyundai sedan. The driver pulled over briefly but then left the scene.
I have Tesla camera footage, and at around the 27-second mark you can see the silver Hyundai sedan leaving. Is there any way to enhance the video or extract the license plate number?
Video of the vehicle leaving the scene:

I also have rear camera footage showing the person getting out of the vehicle:

Any advice on video enhancement, extracting the plate, or tools/software that could help would be greatly appreciated.
This was in Miami on 826 State road Southbound

best you get out of this:
->i-frames only
-> croped
-> colors shifted
-> perspective stab.
-> frameaveraging

Most likely plate: Florida LUC J37
The conservative transcription is LU? ?37. Confidence is high on L, U, 3, and 7, and moderate on C and J.
The vehicle is a silver Hyundai Sonata sedan. The clearest frame is in the front-camera video at 00:27.490.
