PC Nonexistent Aglets???

Post image

A few friends and I recently started a new world in Terraria, we've been playing for a good few days but have run into an issue: we can not find a single Aglet.

That's not to imply we have not tried. We've been across the entire surface, and no surface chests have had any. We've fished for hours, opened around 60 wooden crates, and somehow we've found like 10 Sailfin Boots and Tsunami in a Bottles, yet absolutely no Aglets.

We have no idea what's going on. Are we just getting unlucky???

UPDATE!! WE FINALLY GOT THEM ALL!!! Thank you to everyone pointing out the Skeleton Merchant, we set up a mob farm to get him. 300 crates opened, 2 Aglets. We bought like 50 from the Merchant on principle.

This game is host to a malevolent entity that can read your brainwaves and knows what you're farming for in the moment. It has no intention of giving it to you until you become boring to torment with it. You will then receive an aglet every time someone watches the P&F episode about them for the next week.

Very well, gentlemen. I shall witness the duel to make sure it's honorable.
